Mark Tan
Founder & Technical Director
Mark is a quadruple chartered professional (ACA, CTA, FPFS, Chartered Wealth Manager) with deep expertise across complex tax and high-net-worth financial planning.
He specialises in helping advisers navigate complex client situations by breaking down technical rules, stress-testing planning options, and providing clear guidance. Known for his warmth and accessibility, Mark has a natural ability to make intricate issues feel understandable and manageable, helping advisers move forward with clarity and confidence.
At PRISM.T, he leads the firm’s strategic and technical direction, ensuring every engagement is grounded in rigorous thinking, structured insight and senior-level expertise.
Marion Jaillant
Director - Operations & Client Experience
Marion oversees operations and client experience at PRISM.T, ensuring that technical excellence is delivered with structure, consistency and care.
With a background in automotive design, she has led complex international design development programmes. She brings a design-led mindset to building systems, processes and operational architecture creating clarity behind the scenes and designing efficient frameworks that support delivery and elevate the overall client experience.
Together, her operational discipline complements Mark’s technical depth — ensuring complex work is delivered thoughtfully, clearly and with care.
